Shelly is the founder and president of Heart 2 Heart Ministries and is a ordained minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. She is a Missionary to the Nations and called to Evangelize and Disciple the Body of Christ. Shelly is a graduate and former staff person of the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry located in Pensacola, Florida. Her years of Biblical training in the Fire of Revival at Brownsville Assembly of God has marked her life with a Fire Hot Passion for Jesus, Repentance, Holiness, and Revival.

Shelly is used of the Lord in the prophetic, inner healing & deliverance, and intercession. She is a prophetic-teacher/preacher who is consistently challenged, and challenges others, with the Word of God. Her life and ministry message is one of Desperate Passion for Jesus, Uncompromised Holiness, and the call to the Body of Christ to "Come out from among them and be separate." She has a call to the Church and to the Nations, and longs to see men and women of God discipled, trained, emotionally healed, delivered, empowered, and released into their Destinies in the Kingdom of God.
